Disciplinary Action for AthletesA.
All athletes are expected to follow the Athlete’s Expectations, Responsibilities & Conduct Policy and the Zero Tolerance Policy. Athletes who do not follow those policies will be disciplined up to and including dismissal from the team.
B. The head coach may exercise disciplinary action by suspending a player. Such action requires written notice to the coordinator and parental notification. Further disciplinary action up to dismissal requires Board approval.
C. A coach has the right to suspend an athlete from playing a game if the athlete does not come to practice without calling one of the coaches ahead of time. This action may be done without notice. The coach will inform the coordinator of this action if it should occur.
D. A coach has the right to suspend an athlete from a game or send them home from practice for behavioral reasons.
