Elizabeth Singler - Christ the King Class of 2000
Elizabeth graduated from CK in 2000, Mother McAuley High School in 2004 and the University of Dayton in 2008, with a bachelors of Arts, Psychology. In August 2008, she left for the Philippines as a Peace Corps volunteer in the Children, Youth and Families sector. Elizabeth worked at a home for boys called Casa Miani Arvedi located in Dumaguete City. She also worked at a local government agency for children in conflict with the law. She finished her service in March 2011 and returned to Chicago. Elizabeth currently works at a therapeutic day-school for children who have emotional and behavioral disorders. She is also a part-time graduate student in a duel degree program with Loyola University and the Erikson Institute for a Masters in Social Work and Child Development.
We are proud to have Elizabeth as an Alumna of Christ the King School, a wonderful example of how to serve all of God’s children.
